Building & Grounds Policy
For Great Room Rental
We invoke and assume the Golden Rule in the stewardship of PUC property:
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
1. Use by Florida State University schools, departments or other university-related individuals and groups:
Ground and First Floor Great Rooms:
· Minimum $150.00 donation
· Deposit waived
Library:
· $45.00 donation
· Deposit waived
Ground floor kitchen:
· $100.00 donation
· $50.00 refundable deposit
N. B.: First floor kitchen is unavailable
Fee reductions or waivers may be made at the discretion of the university minister.
2. Use by groups or individuals unrelated to Florida State University:
Ground and First Floor Great Rooms:
· $200.00 (no food or beverages served) donation requested
· $250.00 (food or beverages served) donation requested
· $75.00 refundable deposit
Ground floor kitchen:
· $100.00 donation
· $75.00 refundable deposit
Fee reductions or waivers may be made at the discretion of the university minister.
We cannot issue keys.
Do not remove furnishings or equipment from the premises.
We cannot loan furnishings or equipment for off-site purposes.
Alcoholic beverages prohibited.
We’re a smoke-free facility.
